Daily Greatness 12 Week Training Journal | Fitness Friday

A few week's before Christmas, I saw Anna from Vivianna Does Make-Up tweet about a journal that looked really interesting. I did a bit of googling and decided I needed one for the New Year. I asked my Mum to buy me it for Christmas and I'm so excited to start using it. The Daily Greatness Training Journal is a 12 week diary to a "Rocking Fit Body & Mind".
The journal will see you through 12 weeks of fitness and mind improvement through daily questions, notes and inspiration. 
 You start off each day by writing down the date and answering the first three questions on the page. These are really motivating and though provoking questions such as "Today I am so grateful for..." and they change every day throughout the week. This has helped me to start off 2015 really well as I have to remember to fill in the diary every morning. You then can write down any exercise you've done throughout the day and finish off by answering the questions at night. 
You can also fill in what you've eaten each day, along with tick boxes whether you've done stretching, meditation, drank 8 glasses of water and a spare one for anything else you may have done. There's also a section for writing down appointments or workouts during the day through an hourly diary. 
Each week you have a planner at the beginning and a weekly check-in to plan ahead and make sure everything is going to plan.
At the beginning of the book there's lots of motivational and mindful pages that help you realise self-love, remember your achievements and reach for your goals.
There is also a 12 Week Goal Planner where you can fill in your goals and how you are going to achieve them as well as a 12 Week Training Planner to write down what exercise you'll be doing.

I have really enjoyed using this and incorporating it into my daily life so far! It is on the higher end of the price scale at £29.99 and considering it is only a 12-week diary, you'd need to buy it 4 times a year if you were going to keep up with it. However it incorporates both fitness and mindfulness and I think it definitely helps to keep you motivated.

  3. This is so very cool! I love how detailed it is, I can definitely see it as being a huge motivator for someone making lifestyle changes. Very smart of them to also focus on the mental side of things like intentions and gratefulness.
